Free Survey & Colour Consultation
We assess the condition, material, and extent of your fascia and soffit boards — identifying any biological growth, delamination, or damage.
Biocidal Treatment
A fungicidal wash is applied to all surfaces and left to dwell, killing all biological growth before preparation begins.
Cleaning & Degreasing
All boards are cleaned with soap and water, then treated with Kolorbond WindowPrep to remove all grease and contaminants.
Abrading & Keying
UPVC surfaces are lightly abraded with Mirka red scotch-brite pads. Timber surfaces are sanded to a sound existing coating.
Masking & Protection
Roof tiles, brickwork, guttering, windows, and surrounding areas are all fully masked using professional tape and static masking film.
Priming (Where Required)
Timber fascias and soffits are primed with Zinsser BullsEye 1-2-3. UPVC is coated directly with Kolorbond following preparation.
Topcoat Application
A minimum of two full coats are applied using professional HVLP spray equipment, achieving full, even coverage across all fascia profiles and soffit panels.
De-mask, Inspect & Handover
All masking is carefully removed, edges are checked for accuracy, and a full quality inspection is completed.
