We assess your shop front material, condition, and extent — advising on the correct coating system and discussing your brand colour reference.
Out-of-Hours Scheduling
We work around your business. For retail clients, we typically begin work after closing and aim to have surfaces ready before opening the following morning.
Masking & Protection
All glazing, signage, and adjacent surfaces are fully masked with professional tape, static masking film, and plastic sheeting.
Cleaning & Degreasing
All shop front profiles are thoroughly cleaned and degreased with IPA wipe-down.
Mechanical Keying / Abrading
UPVC surfaces abraded with scotch-brite pads. Aluminium and metal surfaces keyed with 400-grit wet-and-dry paper.
In-Situ Repairs
Scratches, chips, dents, and damaged profiles are filled and feathered before priming.
Primer Application
The appropriate 2K etch primer or adhesion primer applied by HVLP spray.
Topcoat Application
Minimum two full coats of the specified topcoat applied using professional HVLP spray equipment.
De-mask, Inspect & Sign-Off
All masking carefully removed. Full quality inspection completed before handover.

Yes. We spray all aluminium shop front types including powder-coated, bronze anodised, and satin anodised finishes, using a two-component etch primer followed by a professional 2K polyurethane topcoat.
