Free Roof Survey & Condition Report
Full roof inspection — assessing substrate condition, extent of corrosion, cut-edge failure, seam integrity, and existing coating adhesion.
HSE-Compliant Safe Access
All roof work carried out in full compliance with HSE Working at Height Regulations, with appropriate edge protection in place.
Biocidal Wash & Industrial Cleaning
Fungicidal wash applied across the entire roof surface and left to dwell. Then pressure washed at up to 3,000 PSI.
Rust & Corrosion Treatment
All rusted areas and cut edges treated with rust converter and cold galvanising compound.
Seam Sealing & Scrim Reinforcement
All seams, laps, bolt heads, penetrations, and roof lights sealed with polyurethane mastic and reinforced with polyester scrim tape.
Primer Application
The appropriate primer system applied by airless spray across all roof surfaces.
Elastomeric Topcoat — Pass 1
First full coat of the specified elastomeric roof coating applied by professional airless spray.
Elastomeric Topcoat — Pass 2
Second full coat applied once the first has cured, building to 200–400 microns DFT for a fully seamless waterproof membrane.
Inspection, Audit & Warranty Sign-Off
Full project audit and quality inspection. Where manufacturer warranties are issued, the system is signed off by the approved coating supplier.
