Free Survey & Condition Assessment
We assess the extent of your fencing and gates, identify substrate type and condition, and check for active rust and failed coatings.
Mechanical Preparation
All loose rust, flaking paint, and failed coatings are removed by wire brush, angle grinder, or Mirka abrasive disc.
Rust Treatment
Active rust is treated with HMG Ferrozinc rust neutraliser, chemically converting and stabilising corrosion.
Degreasing
All surfaces are degreased with solvent or IPA wipe-down to remove all oils and contamination.
Masking & Protection
Surrounding surfaces — paths, driveways, brickwork, and adjacent walls — are fully protected.
Primer Application
The appropriate zinc phosphate, etch, or rust-inhibiting primer is applied by HVLP spray across all bars, spindles, frames, and fixings.
Topcoat Application
A minimum of two full coats of the specified topcoat are applied by HVLP spray, achieving even, consistent coverage across the entire fence, gate, and railing system.
De-mask, Inspect & Handover
All masking is removed, gates and mechanisms are checked for free movement, and a full quality inspection is completed.
